Hello! My name is Matt Adams. I'm a native New Yorker and I love to make videos. I started as a producer with the popular NYC-based prank collective, Improv Everywhere.

As a member of Improv Everywhere, I saw a larger opportunity outside of what we were doing on YouTube and raised over $125,000 to direct a film about the group which premiered at SXSW. After a successful festival run, the film was licensed by Netflix and can currently be accessed across most major digital platforms.

When the film was finished, I worked as a video journalist in Syracuse, New York and it was there that I met my wife, a native of Austria. Flash forward to three years later, we now live in Austria, I'm learning German,  working as a multimedia producer at the Graz University of Technology. I'm also a writer, long distance runner, an acoustic guitarist and I love to be creative both in front of and behind the camera.

In addition to video projects, I maintain a blog called, "Ruby Tuesday." My mother, Ruby turned 80 this year and suffers from memory issues and every Tuesday, I post a unique memory about her life. The blog provides a place for friends and family to connect,  reminisce and share how she has impacted their lives. A story about my mom was recently feature the popular website, Humans of New York and can be read here.

Another project I am currently working on is "The Maskalorian" which is exactly what it sounds like. The most recent video that was  produced for this project can be seen below.  For updates, you can follow The Maskalorian on Facebook or Instagram.

If you have any questions or just want to say hello, please don't hesitate to send me a message.
